What the Waitlist Is For
The waitlist helps us understand interest in Fruggals and communicate with people who want to hear when the service becomes available. You may be able to select your country and the product categories that interest you. These preferences help us plan and send relevant information. A waitlist place does not guarantee a particular product, discount, campaign invitation or position in a future buying group.
Waitlist Registration and Campaign Participation
Registering for notifications is separate from joining a specific deal. A notification signup does not itself create a product order or authorise payment for an unspecified future purchase. When you choose to join an actual campaign, you review that campaign’s product, total price, deadline, delivery information and payment conditions. Campaign participation requires payment details through Stripe.
Optional Campaign Updates
Receive promotional emails about new campaigns, offers and Fruggals news. These are separate choices. Requesting a launch notification does not automatically subscribe you to every future promotional message.
What Information We Ask For
We ask for your email address so we can contact you.
We may also request:
- Your country, where relevant to launch availability.
- Your first name, if optional personalisation is offered.
- Product interests, where you choose to provide them.
- Your communication preferences.
Optional fields are identified as optional.
Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is used and retained.
Change Your Mind Whenever You Want
You can unsubscribe from the relevant emails using the link in a message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel a product order or stop messages needed to manage a campaign you have already joined.
No Automatic Campaign Enrolment
We do not join campaigns on your behalf simply because you registered on the waitlist. Each product campaign requires its own participation process and an appropriate payment authorisation.
