Who We Would Like to Hear From
We welcome enquiries from:
- Manufacturers.
- Established and emerging brands.
- Authorised distributors.
- Wholesalers.
- Other businesses that are lawfully entitled to supply the proposed products.
You should be able to identify your role in the supply chain and demonstrate that you have the authority to sell the goods and provide the product content you submit.
What makes a suitable campaign?
A suitable campaign offers a clear benefit to customers while remaining practical to fulfil.
We consider:
- Product suitability
The product should be appropriate for our intended customers and delivery markets.
- Commercial value
The proposed price should make sense for the product, purchasing volume and campaign conditions.
- Supply reliability
Stock or production capacity should support the proposed target and any maximum volume.
- Product information
Descriptions, photographs, specifications and instructions should be accurate and complete.
- Fulfilment capability
Packing, dispatch and delivery arrangements should support the promises made to customers.
- After-sales support
The partnership should include a workable process for defects, replacements and safety issues.
Acceptance is assessed individually. Sending a proposal does not guarantee a campaign launch.
How a Partnership Works
Step 1: Introduce Your Business
Send your business name, registration details, website, contact information and product proposal to info@fruggals.com. Explain whether you manufacture the goods, import them, distribute them or act in another capacity.
Step 2: Share Product and Pricing Information
Provide the products you would like to offer, proposed quantities, prices, lead times and dispatch location. We also request the information needed to describe the product accurately and assess compliance.
Step 3: Agree the Commercial Arrangement
The consumer Terms and Conditions do not replace a supplier agreement.
Product Safety and Compliance
Products must comply with the legislation applicable to their category and market.
For goods within its scope, the EU General Product Safety Regulation requires appropriate safety, traceability and online-offer information. We may need manufacturer details, EU responsible-person details where required, product identifiers, and relevant warnings or instructions. Official GPSR guidance
Product-specific rules can also apply to categories such as toys, electrical goods, food, cosmetics, batteries and textiles. CE marking is required only where the applicable legislation requires it. It is not a universal approval mark for every consumer product.
