Why Fruggals Exists
For an individual shopper, arranging a group purchase can be complicated.
Someone needs to find the product, coordinate participants, collect payment and organise delivery.
Fruggals brings that process into a campaign with stated conditions. Customers choose independently, provide their own information and payment details, and receive their own order.
Our Model
Each campaign has:
- A defined product or bundle.
- A stated group price.
- A participation target.
- A deadline.
- A payment arrangement.
- Delivery information.
Customers provide payment details through Stripe when joining. Purchase payment is collected only after the campaign succeeds, under the arrangement agreed at checkout.
If the campaign does not meet its success conditions, it does not proceed.
What We Want Customers to Understand
- What they are buying
Products and bundles need accurate descriptions.
- What they will pay
The group price and additional charges need to be visible before commitment.
- What joining means
Campaign participation can create a conditional purchase commitment. It is different from a notification signup.
- When payment happens
Providing payment details, verifying a payment method and collecting purchase payment are distinct steps.
- When delivery happens
The campaign deadline and delivery period need to be explained separately.
- Where help is available
Customers should be able to find the FAQ and contact details easily.
Our Approach to Suppliers
We look for suppliers that can support accurate information, credible offers and practical fulfilment.
Our agreements must also address product issues, customer remedies and safety responsibilities.
We do not describe a supplier as certified, authorised or approved without evidence supporting the claim.
A New Business With Clear Responsibilities
Fruggals is at the beginning of its journey.
We do not claim customer numbers, trading history, awards, certifications or partnerships that have not been established.
Our focus is on explaining the offer and carrying out the commitments made to customers.
Who sells the products?
Under our direct-seller model, your seller is Fruggals, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands.
Suppliers may manufacture, source or dispatch goods. Fruggals remains responsible for the consumer purchase and is your contact for order support.
